By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing


Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.


Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


In the event of stock shortages or issues affecting order preparation, customers will be notified via the email address provided during checkout.


2. Shipping Methods, Areas, and Delivery Times


We currently ship within Spain.


Available shipping option:


- Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days.


Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors, including logistics operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond FERXION’s control.


3. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase, based on destination, package weight/volume, and the selected shipping method.


Free shipping is available on all orders within Spain.


4. Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

5. Deliveries and Shipping Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery could not be completed, reshipment will be subject to payment of additional shipping charges.

6. International Shipping and Customs


We do not currently offer international shipping.


7. Delayed, Lost, or Problematic Shipments


If you experience an unusual delay or if tracking information does not update within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us via email and provide your order number so that we can request an investigation with the carrier.


In the event that a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the logistics provider, we will handle the claim with the carrier and inform you of the next steps.


8. Receipt and Inspection


We recommend inspecting the package externally upon delivery.


If you notice visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, please note this on the carrier’s delivery receipt and document the issue by taking photographs of the package and shipping label.

9. Cancellation Before Shipment


You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched, provided that processing has not yet been completed.
